E-bike Mont Blanc tour

4 days
of e-biking in the mountains on the mythical course of the Tour du Mont-Blanc
The Alps are a wonderful playground, but remain physically and technically demanding.
The E-Bike allow us to propose this raid, around the Mont-Blanc because the electric assistance allows us to realize fun and varied courses, to ride several hours per day on alpine paths, to climb more than 2500m of difference in height, to go down on singles tracks to start again the following day.

The program
STEP 1 /
8:30 am - Meeting at our agency, contact with your instructor, briefing of the course, checking of the bikes and transfer by mini-bus for the departure of the first stage.
From the Roselend dam we start a tour of the lake by the ridge paths, a very nice panorama on the Mont-Blanc is offered to us.
After lunch we climb the col de la Gittaz to switch to the Contamines valley on great singles for a maximum of sensations.
STEP 2 /
8:30 am - Objective : to reach Chamonix by passing by the foot of the Miage and Bionassay glaciers. A first climb in the forest allows us to reach the spot to have a coffee in front of the Miage domes. A quick technical descent and we are in the alpine pastures of Miage or, by the sometimes exposed crossing of the Gruvaz gorge, we arrive at the foot of the Voza pass for a well deserved lunch. Once the climb to the pass is over, we have a long descent to the village of Servoz which will not leave you indifferent.
Transfer and night in Chamonix
STEP 3 /
8:30 am - For this new day, we start our warm up with a progressive ascent of the Chamonix valley to the village of Le Tour.
We take the ski lifts to reach the Balme pass and switch to Swiss territory.
After a long descent we reach Martigny, a bucolic climb between the mountain chalets brings us to the edge of the lake of Champex where we spend the night.
STEP 4 /
8:30 am - Today we leave Switzerland for Italy, after a short warm up descent we follow the Val Ferret and its magnificent landscapes, after a well deserved coffee at the local Peule bar we climb the Col Ferret, one of the highest passes of our tour. The view on the glaciers and the mountain pastures is grandiose. The descent to the Elena hut is one of the most technical of the trip.
To get to Courmayeur, we have two options: a rather quiet version following the valley, or a more sportive version, the balcony path of the Mont de la Saxe before going down to Courmayeur, where we spend the night.
STEP 5 /
8:30 am - We leave Courmayeur on a fairly dry climb that takes us into the Val Veny, where we reach the Col Chécruit for a little ristretto in the sun facing Mont Blanc.
The single in balcony is a real jewel and the landscapes are breathtaking. Before the lunch break, we start the ascent of the Col de la Seigne (2516m) last difficulty of our tour.
The descent to the refuge des Mottets is superb, we follow the valley to Bourg-st-Maurice, where we take the funicular to Le Arcs. An easy crossing in the forest, then by wild singles bring us back to Sainte-Foy to toast the success of our Tour du Mont-Blanc.
