Whether you're a beginner in mountaineering or already experienced, this 6-day stage is designed to progressively prepare you for high-altitude conditions and to accomplish the ultimate goal: summiting Mont Blanc. With a carefully crafted itinerary focused on acclimatization, you'll progress day by day under the supervision of a certified high mountain guide, building both your technical skills and confidence.
Over the course of six days, you’ll gain vital high-mountain skills, hike across glacial terrain, and rest in iconic alpine refuges. Each step brings you deeper into spectacular mineral landscapes — with unforgettable sunrises, mountain evenings, and a summit moment you’ll never forget. Reaching the rooftop of Europe will mark a personal milestone and a breathtaking conclusion to your alpine journey.

The program
STEP 1 /
Optional Arrival:Evening arrival at our base camp: a comfortable 3-star hotel in the charming village of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise. First meeting with your high mountain guide, equipment check, and final briefing before the adventure begins.
STEP 2 /
DAY 1 / 8 AMMorning transfer by minibus to Tignes. Take the cable car to the Grande-Motte glacier for a day of mountaineering practice: ridge climbing, crampon technique, and rope work — essential skills for what lies ahead. Return to Sainte-Foy for a relaxed evening.
STEP 3 /
DAY 2 / 8 AMTransfer to Italy and ascend via the spectacular Skyway Monte Bianco to Pointe Helbronner. After dropping your gear at the Torino refuge, head out for a glacier hike — perfect for acclimatization. Spend the night in the refuge at altitude.
STEP 4 /
DAY 3 / Early MorningSet out early for a high-alpine traverse across the legendary Vallée Blanche. Surrounded by crevasses, seracs, and the most iconic peaks of the Mont Blanc massif, this route offers an unforgettable introduction to the grandeur of the Alps. Return to Courmayeur by cable car and spend the night in a hotel of your choice (not included in the package).

DAY 4 / 11 AMDepart with your guides for Les Houches. Take the cable car and Mont Blanc Tramway to the Nid d’Aigle. Enjoy lunch facing the dramatic north face of the Aiguille de Bionnassay, before hiking for approximately 2 hours to the Tête Rousse refuge. Overnight at the refuge.
STEP 6 /
DAY 5 / 7 AMDepart at 7:00 AM for the climb to the Goûter refuge via the famous Goûter ridge. After 2h30 of effort, you’ll arrive at the refuge — a key base for summit attempts. The rest of the day is dedicated to rest and acclimatization.
STEP 7 /
DAY 6 / Night DepartureIn the early hours, set off under the stars with headlamps glowing. Ascend via the Dôme du Goûter (4304 m), crossing the Col du Dôme and passing the Vallot shelter. As the sun rises, you'll make your way along the Bosses ridge — a final stretch of determination and beauty. After reaching the summit of Mont Blanc, take time to enjoy the extraordinary moment before beginning your descent to the Nid d’Aigle. Return to Les Houches by tramway and cable car, where you’ll celebrate your accomplishment with your guides.
