The program
STEP 1 /
8:00 am - Meeting at our agency, contact with your guide and check of the equipment, then departure for Courmayeur to take the famous Sky-way and we will make a small run which will allow us to revise the techniques of cramponnage and rope maneuvers.Night at the Torino hut
STEP 2 /
5h30 - Early departure for the Rochefort ridge, a high altitude run with an out and back traverse on a very nice snow ridge, application of the techniques reviewed the day before. STEP 3 /
8.00 am - We leave for Les Contamines, to go up to the Conscrits refuge, between 5.00 and 6.00 am walk, night at the refuge.STEP 4 /
5:00 am - We leave the refuge for the magnificent crossing of the Domes-de-Miage, after having climbed the Aiguille de la Bérangère, we set foot on the ridge that we will not leave until the end of the race. We go up the Armancette glacier which leads us to the first Dôme. From there, we follow the Dômes ridge with its sometimes aerial passages. The last Dôme is reached, a descent on the col de Miage, then we arrive at the Durier refuge to spend the night. STEP 5 /
4h00 - Ascent of the Aiguille de Bionnassay following the ridge from the Durier hut, traverse along the ridge to reach the Piton des Italiens, and finish at the summit of Mont-Blanc by the Bosses ridge. For the return the guide will choose the best option either by the traverse of the 3 Mont-Blancs, or the normal route of the Goutter, depending on the tiredness of the participants and the mountain conditions.Download the program
